Right Now: Developing new & improved messaging for Inspired Independence.

Inspired Independence designs and crafts exceptional multipurpose, multigenerational ADUs that move people into greater opportunity, community, comfort, and connection – for the benefit of all. 

The principals at Inspired Independence asked me to create a 360° matrix and backbone strategic messaging document to align sales, marketing, PR, and social media. 

Deliverables included a distilled, differentiated, and unique (1) brand vision; (2) positioning statement; (3) value proposition (results gained); (4) key benefits and advantages (reasons to engage/believe/purchase) for up to three target personas; (5) key offerings and services; 6) talking/proof points addressing expertise, barriers to engagement, perceived competition; 7) elevator pitch.

Essent is also repositioning and rewriting all content, marketing messages, lead gen, and calls to action for their new and improved website – coming soon.
